Faculty Host Scholars from India for Research and Teaching Collaborations
The Department of Public Health Sciences this summer hosted three faculty from the Department of Social Work at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University (http://jmi.ac.in/socialwork) in New Delhi, India.
Drs. N.U. Khan, Sigamani Panneer and Rashmi Jain are representatives of the program that has hosted the College of Health and Human Services’ Spring Break trip to India.
While visiting UNC Charlotte, they explored research collaborations with PHS faculty, presented a series of lectures and met with students considering the 2017 Spring Break abroad program.
