Patrick Crockett

I’m a Community Health Worker at Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute at Atrium Health. I work on the community engagement team. I love working with the social determinats of health in my local community and abroad. I have done work in Peru and Brazil. I have been with the system for more than two year. My first year, I was an intern with Community Engagement and Corporate Responsibility unit. I helped with logistics of all Atrium Health mass vaccinatiosn sites that included Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Airport and, Union Agriculture & Events Complex. I helped with logistics for the Million Mask Initiative and many other projects. In October 2021, I was offered a full-time position on the community engagement team. I am a part-time MPH student.
