In addition to being a student and a graduate assistant, he works as a Managed Care Research Analyst Intern with Katz Brunner Healthcare (KBH) a managed care consulting and data analysis firm specializing in unique solutions to managed care issues confronted by healthcare providers located in small urban or rural areas throughout the country.
Upon graduation, Ifeanyi hopes to complete an administrative fellowship to continue developing his professional skills in healthcare. Ifeanyi states “As a first-generation college student born in the United States but raised in Nigeria, seeing the sacrifices my mother made throughout her life, the number of challenges she experienced yet continued to push through provided me with the drive and determination to pursue my bachelor’s degree and now my graduate degree. At an early age, she ingrained the importance of education in me. I am honored to be one of the recipients of the Albert W. Dent Scholarship. This scholarship provides me with the opportunity to successfully complete the MHA program and continue with my plans for obtaining an administrative fellowship post-graduation.”
